The Commission on the General Conference located at 1 Music Circle North, Nashville, TN 37203, is obtaining personal data from you for the limited and legitimate purposes of organizing General Conference. We will only process and store your information for these purposes and will not keep your information for any longer than is necessary to achieve such purposes. General Conference Records may be stored indefinitely under strict safeguards for the limited and legitimate purposes of archiving historical information. You have the right, at any time, (1) to object to the storing and processing of your personal data; (2) to have your data erased from our databases, insomuch as it does not render the legitimate purposes for which it was obtained impossible; (3) to request rectification of incorrect or incomplete data; and (4) to file a complaint with the Supervising Authority of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will not transfer your information to any third parties without your consent unless necessary to achieve the legitimate business purpose.
